This is a list of YouTube creators who do reaction videos, primarily to music videos, for you to check out. Some are dramatic, some are low-key; some are intellectual and others emotional. Whatever their reactions are, it's always entertaining to see some of our favourite songs being listened to, often for the first time. It's like we're seeing our own reactions for the first time! That's why I've decided to create this ever-growing list of YouTube reactors - to pay homage to those who go on camera with their own reactions.
This was not the reaction I intended to post next, and certainly not so close to our previous one, but circumstances have dictated that this happen first -- and now. Two Rocking Grannies, or 2RG, is a channel like no other. Here's the gist - two retired actual grandmothers get together and listen to all kinds of rock and roll and (of course) enjoy it! Made up of Granny Haze and Nana King, these ladies are self-described (respecively) as an ex-hippie who listened to the Beatles, & Hendrix, and the other having listened to Motown & Elvis. So why the urgency? Only hours ago (at the time of this writing) a new video appeared on the channel; not a reaction, but an announcement that Linda Moore - Nana King - had passed on the first of March. I'm so sad, but I wanted to share this channel in case it comes down. I'm hopeful that Granny Haze will continue the trend, with or withouit a new granny. Hopefully their "Granny Squad" lifts the channel to continue. To celebrate, I want to share one reaction of theirs from three years ago, to the song "Heartless Scat" by legacy Japanese metal band Ningen Isu. Click here to listen.
